SRX21270472: Genome skimming data for Vulpes chama
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 43.5M spots, 13.1G bases, 4.1Gb downloads

Design: A Covaris S220 Ultrasonicator (Covaris, Woburn, MA), was used to generate fragments of 350 base pairs (bp) and the TruSeq DNA PCR-free library kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA) was used to prepare a genomic library. The library was quality checked and quantified using an Agilent 4200 Tapestation and a Lightcycler qPCR assay (Roche Life Science, St. Louis, MO) and then paired-end sequenced (2 x 150 bp) to a depth of 10x on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 instrument.
